Consultations

To ensure that the project objectives and plans are fully communicated to local audiences, UNEP will hold community consultations with the people of Ogoniland.

The consultations will be organized through Community Liaison staff.

UNEP actively encourages all community members to participate in these consultations to ensure that the needs and concerns of specific demographic groups – such as women, youth, academia, religious and traditional rulers – are met.
